The East Wellington Family Health Team (EWFHT) is looking for outstanding team members to join our two primary health care clinics in Rockwood and Erin, Ontario. We are currently looking to hire:
- A Physician in Rockwood (brand new facility)
- 4 Physicians in Erin (starting Dec 2010 in new state-of-the-art medical facility)

The East Wellington area is home to 23,000 residents and is centrally located between the larger urban areas of Guelph, Orangeville and Georgetown, with hospital privileges and specialist back-up readily available at hospitals in Guelph, Fergus, Orangeville and Georgetown.
Identified areas of need in this community include services to seniors, child and maternal health, chronic disease management and mental health services.
Only 80 kilometres (50 miles) northwest of Toronto in the rolling Caledon Hills, Erin and Rockwood offer many natural charms, a warm community and a slower pace of life coupled with a dynamic and growing arts community, fine dining, outdoor activities and shopping.
