By the end of this series, you will:
- Understand the key principles of nutrition and making balanced food choices.
- Implement nutrition information to create healthy, sustainable eating habits.
- Shop for and plan healthy meals and snacks.
- Increase your physical activity in ways that work for you.
- Understand the science behind weight and YOUR best weight.
