The Highs & Lows of Diabetes

This workshop looks at learning about type 2 diabetes and management skills for healthy living. In this class, we explain what happens in the body with diabetes, discuss risk factors, and address myths and facts. We help you understand your blood work and provide practical suggestions to improve your blood sugar through lifestyle changes like healthy eating and physical activity. We outline next steps and ongoing follow up needed.
